Synopsis

Embarking on a harrowing journey filled with temptations, Hubbit set off to overcome a series of obstacles which would put his endurance and determination to the ultimate test.
This show challenges the fine line separating the physical from the metaphysical i.e how a small person could wield such tremendous courage and bravery. An undercurrent of emotional turmoil persists throughout the plot as we see the main character Hubbit cope with intense emotional struggles. Overall, this show is a must see.

Needless to say, we often find ourselves musing over the question of WHO JOSHUA IS. who exactly is joshua lau tse siong? Is he the cute, meek and gentle person people of 07s6e are familiar with? I'm afraid not. The Joshua I KNOW is strong, muscular, goodlooking, fashionable and well-toned. A student by day and a model by night, Joshua is a social chameleon who conceals his intensely hot body and identity when amongst his schoolmates. At night however, he discards his goodie image to unveil the good-looking dude underneath that student facade. Known as JOSHUAI in the fashion world, he performs his nightly runway walks with unparalleled style and suave, brandishing his well-toned pecs and wash-board abs.
Ladies and gentlemen, I bring you JOSHUA(I), chronology of a calvin klein supermodel!
Past: Joshua's cool, model qualities have emanated since young. At the tender age of 5, Joshua exhibited a rare liking for fashion, as illustrated by the photo above. To the untrained eye, he may look like another UNCOOL kid, but there are certain distinguishable traits one can observe.

The songs that I listened and dance to when I was at your age
Dear 07S6E,
I tried posting once but somehow, it did not come out. I have saved it as a draft here in case zihua can do something about that.
Maybe that is a blessing in disguise since that post might be too cheem lar hehe. So here is something lighter. Here is a Performance Video (PV) of a song that I enjoyed and listened to when I was at your age. There is at least one of you, Aeki, I believed, who listened to 80s and 90s songs so I thought some of you might enjoy these songs.
This song is the really classic dance song of the early 90s. This group, the KLF, has long disbanded but the following song is the one that really defined the group as master of house music. Notice the "obiang" looking mobile phone, the big brother phone that defines that era hehe.
Now, if you guys want to know more about the dance songs that your teachers enjoy while they were at your age, feel free to ask. I am always telling my non teacher friends how amazed I am when the mass dance that you guys are dancing, still used the same songs from the 80s such as "Together in Electric Dreams" and "I got my mind set on you".
There must be something beautiful during those times er? I am guessing one big reason is that life in Singapore, without the Internet and all, was so simple then.

The Net Generation Goes to College
Hi 07S6E students,
This is my maiden post here and let me first start by saying this is one very impressive blog. I was wondering how I might be able to contribute to the culture in this blog, as all blogs have their own cultures.
So I have decided to follow my comparative advantage =) and post an article here that I think would be relevant as well as interesting to all of you. From my lecturing as well as teaching experience at HCI during these few months, I can tell that many of the IP students are not too used to this "lecture" style of teaching where you are expected to sit down for an hour or more and just listen to the lecturer droning on and on and on hehe.
Let me just reassure all of you I am aware that there is a certain kind of clash between the "A level" style of teaching and this new generation of students, that is you. This post links to an article that I was hoping you guys would read and comment on.
To help you get started, here are some basic questions you could address in your comments:

For the IP boys, I am sure you have had experience with Mr Hon for he likes to bring questions like these for discussion during the individual year assemblies. I like that style of his and this discussion is along the same vein.

A lame one jus4 6E the rocking class!
Two young engineers applied for a single position at a computer company. They both had the same qualifications. In order to determine which individual to hire, the applicants were asked to take a test by the department manager.
Upon completion of the test, both men had each missed only one of the questions. The manager went to the first applicant and said, ''Thank you for your interest, but we've decided to give the job to the other applicant.''
''And why would you be doing that? We both got nine questions correct,'' asked the rejected applicant. ''We have based our decision not on the correct answers, but on the question you missed,'' said the department manager.
''And just how would one incorrect answer be better than the other?'' the rejected applicant inquired. ''Simple,'' said the department manager, ''Your fellow applicant put down on question #5, 'I don't know.' You put down, 'Neither do I.'

Hey everyone,
guess u all know wat happened todae , which was unfortunate to me. Well, i mus say we were int he wrong. and i apologise for ani unhappiness that was caused because i brought up this idea as i thought it would bring us more earnings then simply playing the m&ms game.
aniway. once again i apologise, as it is indirectly my fault. aiya . i dun mind doing cs or watever la. thx for those who are willing to do cs with me. even if they r nt invovled. i am touched by ur support.lol.
aiya. anyway. it isnt really a big deal. so we'll forget it soon. yeh?
but i still think hairsprays is a really gd and fun idea.

Bao vs Noodles
Here's a bao(bun) vs noodles joke enjoy!
Part One
One day, Char Siew Pao and Mee Kia got involved in an argument. They had a fight but Char Siew Pao was too clumsy and lost badly. Char Siew Pao got very angry and shouted at Mee Kia, "I'm going to find my gang to hantam you!" So Char Siew Pao went to round up Leng Yong Pau, Man Tou, Tau Sar Pow etc. Along the way, the Paos saw maggi mee and they ah bish ah bish ah bish and beat maggi mee up. As Char Siew Pao was punching Maggi Mee, he shouted, "Don't think just because you perm your hair, we can't recognize you, ok!"
Part Two
Maggi Mee, who was beaten up for no reason, was very angry. So he went to find Bee Hoon, Mee Kia, Chao Mian etc to seek revenge. But on the way, they met Small Bao. Maggi Mee looked at Small Bao for a while then told his brothers, "Bra-der! Whack him!" Maggi Mee whack small bao harder & harder. After the noodles family has left, they asked Maggi Mee why he hated Small Bao so much and beat him up so badly. Maggi Mee said. "At first wanna teach him a small lesson only, but then see him act cute, made me so angry."
Part Three
The more Small Bao thought of it, the more buay song he was. So, he found the bao family to whack Maggi Mee. Then they found Ying Shi Juan (noodles covered with bun). They brought him back as hostage and were about to put him on the stove to force him to talk when the Bao head said, "That's not noodles! That's our undercover!"
Part Four
The family of bao and noodles are now enemies and they have gang fights whenever they see each other. One day, the noodles family was having a walk when they saw Char Siew Bao alone. Seeing the good chance, all of them attacked him. The noodles family shouted, "Beat him hard hard! Don't give chance just because he's vomiting blood!"
Part Five
Poor Char Siew Bao, with his injuries, went to the bao headquarters to look for help. All the bao family was activated and together with Red Bean Bao, Green Bean Bao etc. they went to seek revenge. All the passerbys siam them as they look like they will kill. They saw french fries jalan jalan along, shopping. The bao family attacked him. The bao head shouted, "Noodle people still wear gold go shopping! Whack him!!!"
Part Six
Finally, the bao family manage to kidnap Maggi Mee, the one who started up the whole show, and brought him back to the bao headquarter. All the baos took turns to whack him. At the end, the chief of baos - Dua Bah Bao took a final roll over noodle before they dump him. When the poor Maggi Mee finally went home, none of the family member could recognise him bcoz he is totally disfigured - flatten. In order not to let the family bear the bad name, he appears as a new member named Mee Pok.

Stuff
Hey guys,
Happy Valentine's day, what's left of it. Thank you girls for giving the guys valentine's day munchies, even though we didnt reciprocate. OH well. Anyway cross country SUCKED because I (We) ended up walking from start to finish to be received by a huge crowd of staring ppl. Ahahah what a waste of time.
OH MAN we're so screwed we have to make preparations for our stall but our idea's still tentative and ambiguous so we're so dead because we don't know what to do let alone what to buy for our stall so pls lets discuss this tmr quickly or efficiently or lets just discuss it over msn tonight what do you think i'm typing without punctuations or breaks and i feel that i could just go on and on and on but I gotta study for my tests like everyone else so i guess im stopping here now good luck for yer chem and math tests tomorrow hahahahah GG.

STJ
Oh yay, my first post on this class blog. Haha. It's difficult to maintain a blog nowadays with the heavy schedule from huang cheng. And if i were to prioritize, my personal blog will come before this since there are many other contributors to this blog. So sorry if i don't post here often.
Anyway the STJ today was wonderful. And i ate till so full. Haha. The seniors have set such a high benchmark for us and for jts, we need to meet up to the standard. Anyway, christina was suggesting fish and co. for jts. Erm.. yeah.

Class blog template!
Hey guys, I seriously think we need a better template! Throw in some ideas? Say, some competition for aesthetics will include 07S63, 07S6A, 07S6B, 07S6E, 07S6J, 07S6K, 07S72, 07S75, 07S77, 07S7B, 07S7C, 07S7D, 07A10, 07A11
To a lesser extent, these classes are also our competition in terms of asthetics: 07S68, 07S6D, 07S6G, 07S6H, 07S76, 07S7E, 07A12
(The rest of the classes mostly use skin from Blogskin, not some personalised skin or whatsoever, so I don't really count them as competition. =P. Sorry.)
Throw in some ideas to beat some of those mentioned blogs xD. We have a few pretty decent designers like jiayee and me and probably another few hidden talents yet to show their proness. We should have no problem getting one very good skin out. =D

it's OVER!
well im feeling quite emo now thanks to josh. anyway arent you guys happy u're gna see me for another two years? hahaha. just wna say THANKYOU to all those who wished bin and i luck! it was really encouraging and comforting to knw that the class will actually miss our presence (: and congrats bin! 8a1s woohoo! for those who didnt do that well or as well as expected for higher chi, dont get too down becos u have tried your best and its not a big deal after all. cheerup alright?
for ip ppl, i guess it'll be hard for u to imagine the excitement and anxiety we experience when collecting os results. the atmosphere was really tense before the release of the results. as we received them, basically almost everyone cried whether they did well or not. i still find it quite hard to believe this whole olevel thing has FINALLY reached a closure. the two years of hard work has been paid off at last. right binbin? though the results could have been better, i suppose most of us are contented with it (:
to dramafeste ppl, i knw lots of effort was invested with ppl staying till ten plus everynight. its okay athena didnt win as long as the spirit is there! i heard the crew was super high so yupp jus think on the bright side. we might win for cny so learn the fac dance (esp the dance ic)!
and yes i certainly agree with sharon and bin! dont change combi please or everything would be different. very different indeed.

Fac Dance Session
CNY celebration is around the corner and there will be a display of our fac dance on that day. If you all don't wanna embarrass yourselves, come on down on monday, tuesday at 2:30pm and thursday at 3pm for fac dance session. Anyway, i'm sure you all have heard about how we did for dramafeste. Hey guys, i'm posting this after i received my o level results, got 8a1s but i didnt get 6 pts(gasp!), i'm not so happy with it but i think i should be able to stay... haha cause i didnt do so badly after all...hopefully. erm, ya not gng to post my results on the blog, so if u want to noe more, just ask me k. To all the people who wished me good luck, thanks alot! U guys really gave me confidence. Oh and the monkey face is just some random and cute picture. Anyway. Today before huang cheng I was doing that chemistry worksheet thingy. And then my mind wandered to our class (randomly).

After JAE a lot of people are most probably going to transfer to other classes and change subject combinations. Which is kind of sad. I guess I've gotten used to seeing the same bunch of people everyday, witnessing the same trademark behaviours. Memorable events like CIP cycling, total defence auditions, class item for campfire, or even normal everyday things like going for lectures and tutorials together and laughing at each other's crappy jokes. It's pretty scary to realize that hey, all this is going to change soon. If we don't treasure the days we have left together as a class, there will be no chance for us to, ever again. Even if only a few people leave, it won't be the same. Cos every single person counts when it comes to 07S6E, right!

class bbq
halo,
aiya i noe this is rather late liaoz lar... but i sian so i shall juz write smth abt the bbq..
ok lar... the bbq was quite fun... haha had a great shock when the aluminium tray suddenly melted... thx joshua for bringing his pit..
but most imptly, we must thank the host, jia yee, n her fAmily.... thx for the nice food and hospitality...
ppl, next time when we hav another bbq, pls remind me to go down earlier to start the fire...if not u all stand there n complain then i also very sian man...
n hor, try not to bring so much alt. fuel...

Class BBQ rocks
I feel sian so im typing random stuff.
Haha the bbq was great =D Thanks Jia yee for hosting it. Class spirit FTW!! And for the people who are seriously going crazy, take care lol. Don't screw the maths and gp test 2moro hahaha. Hope u r fine now sx LOL.

woots, nice BBQ today, and we must credit the leet host we had!
ah wells, this is just a totally random post. about a certain crazy shi xian, cos he cant type/think properly and wants me to do it for him. but it looks nicer from a third person perspective anyway. so, anyway, SX basically got crazy for no partiular reason. so when we left jia yee's house, he was walking zig zag...and laughing maniacally the whole way.
when we were on the mrt, he totally went berserk. took out his handphone and starting trying to photograph all of us. and he kept talking and laughing and singing in such a loud voice. then i looked across him at an auntie sitting beside him, and she was like, meng staring and shixian like --> O.O
oh yeah, then when some boy walked past us, he just randomly called out to him and waved at him.
ah wells, end of post, everyone get high ftw! once again, ty to jia yee and family for hosting us!

dropping by to add to the post list. I collected the banner and paint for our CNY banner and lantern and was wondering if we're ok with the current designs. I know I am :) If we're not cool we'll just get our shixian to conceive new designs, being the art person he is. Anyway I think we should actually start attending dance sessions. our class has delibrately missed every dance session since day 1. Changed template
Okay guys, I have too much time at hand so I sort of changed the template. This is only a tentative template and we may be changing it again in the future. This template's still very plain now, maybe you guys can give suggestion on how to make it more visually appealing. =).
And oh, if we were to use this template, we need to take one good class pic because Aeki and jinhui are missing in that picture.
